Terms & Conditions of Travel


Please Read Carefully the Following Terms & Conditions

By booking with Five Star Shuttles whether in writing, e-mail or verbally you have automatically agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to be at the nominated pick up location on time.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to allow enough time for recommended airport/cruise terminal check in.

  • All personal items are the sole responsibility of the passenger and are loaded onto and off the bus at your own risk.

  • Five Star Shuttles does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss and/or damage incurred to baggage or its contents or any other luggage whether the loss or damage incurred is due to the alleged misconduct on the part of Five Star Shuttles Services or otherwise.

  • Five Star Shuttles does not accept responsibility to any loss incurred due to traffic conditions or in the event of a bus breakdown.


  • Five Star Shuttles reserves the right to cancel a booking. 

  • Five Star Shuttles does not take any responsibility for any personal possessions left on the bus although Five Star Shuttles will endeavor to make every effort to contact and have lost property returned to its rightful owner.

  • In the case of a vehicle breakdown a Taxi will be called and refund issued if pre paid. 

  • Any toll charges shall be added to the customer's fee.
  • No smoking, no drinking (except water) and no eating is allowed on the bus. 

  • Any inappropriate behaviour such as damage/vandalism of our property or vehicles, abusive or offensive behaviour towards our driver or third parties, throwing of objects from the bus, verbal abuse of other road users, etc. will result in the immediate removal of the offending passenger(s) from the bus at the nearest safe location.


  • The driver will wait for the customer for one (1) hour after flight lands and then enter the airport and wait twenty (20) minutes. If the customer does not arrive the bus will leave with no refund to the customer and charges will apply to rebook. 
  • All customers at Sydney International Airport must meet at the Mcdonalds on arrival and call the driver when they arrive.
  • All customers at Sydney Domestic Airport must meet at carousel 5 at T2 and T3 and call driver when they arrive.
  • All Cruise customers must disembark from the ship by 8am and call driver to pick up from where they were dropped off.
